Processing time for bulk mail work orders is 48 to 72 business hours from receipt of materials and mailing list data to our Austin processing facility. Individual work order invoices will be available 48 business hours after job completion. Invoices are consolidated and billed monthly. Postage is billed monthly. LIST PROCESSING / USPS MOVE UPDATE SERVICES*

USPS Move Update services are methods to update a mailing list to comply with the USPS standards in an effort to reduce undeliverable as addressed (UAA) mail. Examples include NOCA (National Change of Address Service) which updates any records in your mailing list if an individual, family or business has moved and filed a change form with the USPS. FASTfoward uses the same database as NCOA, however, it runs in real-time as mailpiece travel on our sorting equipment, and therefore can only be used for First-Class Presort mail. A USPS service endorsement can be used to meet the requirement as well. The service endorsement Address Service Requested is printed on the envelope, and requests the USPS notify you of the changed address, \”OR CURRENT RESIDENT is an alternative addressing format which allows the mail to be delivered to the address listed no matter who will actually be receiving it. If you have processed your list in the last 90 days against the NCOA service for updates, you do not have to process it again. Finally, for Inter-Departmental mail (within the Texas State University main campus) the mail is not entering the USPS postal stream, therefore, there is no Move Update requirement.
